On March 12th I presented my paper “Oh My Vlog”, at #trending, OCADu’s graduate conference in Toronto, Canada. The post-graduate students on the Contemporary Art, Design and New Media Art Histories MA who organised the event were so impressive, and OCADu is a wild building – it’s on stilts!
Highlights included Mary Baumstark speaking on faux crafitivism in Brooklyn, Merray Gerges talking about her brother Mina’s viral explosion, and Christopher Lacroix and afallenhorse’s great performance piece.
